• From 7 July, upgrade shipping with tracking to EU countries will incur €3 small parcel duty per parcel.

  • NZ Post is in the process of updating the tracked shipping to be DDP (delivered duty paid). They have meanwhile suspended the tracked shipping service to some EU countries.

  • Currently tracking upgrade is not available to: Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Luxemburg, Portugal, Romania   

  • Tracking upgrade is available to other EU countries, but the new duty is payable when receiving the parcel. This is not included in VAT paid at checkout. 

  • Standard shipping to EU, letter airmail without tracking, will not incur the €3 duty payment and still available.
