Phase One - DAP availability

 

After the introduction of new small duty for EU countries in July, fees are now payable by the customer on receiving (DAP).

VAT is charged via IOSS at the checkout for all EU orders, which does not include the new duty. 

Standard economy shipping without upgrade remain available to all countries. It will not incur new duty, no charge on receiving. However, the parcel is not tracked (ie letter post) and not insured.

  • Spain
  • Sweden

* Although the actual duty is small, there will be handling and other fees also charged on receipt

 

Currently only standard shipping is available to following countries:

  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Denmark
  • Finland
  • France
  • Germany
  • Luxembourg

 

DDP (delivered duty paid) service is not available yet for any EU countries, but we will monitor the situation and will update soon as it's ready.
