Dispatch time
Dispatch time is back to normal now. We aim to dispatch within 1-3 business days:
Monday - Thursday noon cut-off (NZ time, about half day ahead of GMT)
Delivery time
This used to be 10 days to 2 weeks worldwide, now there is a delay of further week or so. Please expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery, or even longer in Dec/Jan. Canada and Italy are notably taking longer. Everywhere else, the postal situation seems recovering well, as seen thanks to the customer feedbacks.
