Two separate postal incidents have been reported from US.

(One case in CA, the other OR)

Both cases involve needle-like implement pierced through the envelope, including 2-3 cardboards and chirashi prints each in plastic sleeve. One case was for an order of 6 prints, pierced all right in the middle.

I have never had such incidents before, and frankly stunned and puzzled as to why and how it happened. It requires some force to pierce a hole through 1 cm thick parcel, not just a scratch. This will be reported to NZ Post.

From now on I will apply extra clear taping around the centre of the envelpe for extra protection for all US orders. If any customers had the same experience, from anywhere in the world, please contact us. Thank you.
