Letter-rate service with no tracking or insurance.
* Standard shipping to US is Tracked Air DDP service for NZ$26 (approx. US$15). Prices may differ on Etsy marketplace listings.
Tracked Airmail — upgrade option
This service includes tracking and insurance. We currently offer a free upgrade for orders over NZ$190. Tracked shipping is required for Etsy’s Purchase Protection scheme.
EU orders using the tracked upgrade may incur a small duty and additional fees upon delivery. Please see our blog for updates.

WHAT IS CHIRASHI, AND WHAT'S ON THE OTHER SIDE?
A chirashi print is official promotional material that is slightly smaller than A4. It is not fan art. It usually features the same design as the theatrical poster, but in a smaller format.
All our prints are authentic originals, not reproductions. They make lovely pieces of genuine memorabilia for collectors—or can simply be enjoyed as classy little posters. They also make wonderful gifts for film lovers!
The reverse side of a chirashi print provides information about the film it promotes. It may include reviews, comments, or interviews. The bottom strip is usually reserved for the release date and and the names of the cinemas.

WHERE'S MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t arrived after 4 weeks, we recommend first contacting your local mail depot or sorting office (the facility where mail is sorted, rather than the post office). They may be holding your order or have a record of its whereabouts.
Your order is shipped in a C4 envelope with a cardboard stiffener. If your letterbox or mail slot is too small, you may receive a collection notice.
Standard shipping without an upgrade (excluding US) is letter-rate airmail and does not include tracking or insurance. Insured shipping with tracking is available as an upgrade at checkout, and we recommend choosing this option.
Tracking number (where available) is included in the dispatch email. If you can’t find it, please contact us.

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL ORDERS?
Yes, absolutely! Please feel free to send us a list of titles or names through our Contact Us page. If the items are in stock, we’ll list them straight away. If not, we can source them for you. This usually takes one to two months.
There is no charge for this service, and we’ll provide an estimate before proceeding. Request cut-off dates will be announced in the shop updates page.
Sold-out items may also be restocked upon request.
