Please feel free to send us a list of titles or names via Contact Us page. If in stock, will list them straight away. If not, we can source them for you. This usually takes 1 - 2 months. There is no charge for this service and estimate will be given before proceeding.

Where's my order?

Postal situation do vary by countries.
If the packet hasn't arrived after 4 weeks, it is recommend first asking at your local mail depot / sorting office (where all mails are sorted, not the post office), they could be keeping it there or have a record of it. Your order is shipped in a C4 envelope.

Most customers choose standard shipping, which is letter rate airmail without tracking/insurance but a reliable service. Insured shipping upgrade with tracking is available at checkout at extra cost.

What is printed on reverse side?

Reverse side of Japanese Chirashi posters are all about the film it's promoting. It can be reviews, comments or interviews. Usually the lower end is reserved for release date for national or individual theatres. Actual copy you purchase could have different lower end from the item image.

Gift wrapping

Simple gift wrapping is available at a small cost with choices of papers. It can be left unsealed by request for you to add your own card etc. inside. Each little posters in presentation bag. No shop receipt is enclosed.

How to claim refund for order lost in post

In the very unfortunate circumstance when the packet is lost in post, full refund (up to NZ$250) is given only when the customer used shipping upgrade.

Procedure is as following:

1. Order details will be submitted to New Zealand Post along with customer's address

2. New Zealand Post will contact customer to verify the address.

3. After the procedure is followed by the customer, NZ Post will refund the full amount to the seller.

4. Following this, customer will receive full refund from the seller.
