How to place your order when the shopping basket doesn't work

• Ordering from Germany

Please email your order. We will send you a credit card payment invoice. 

• Ordering from anywhere else not in the shipping list 

Please let us know your country via contact page. We will add it to the list of shipping countries and let you know. Then you can order with shopping basket.

• Ordering from countires on the shipping list, but checkout not working

We also have reports of shopping basket not working for countries already in the list (mailnly France). If you didn't receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, it's not gone through to us. In that case, please contact us, thank you!
