How to place your order when the shopping basket doesn't work
Ordering from Germany
- Please email your order with a screenshot (or copy and paste) of your basket.
- We will send you a credit card payment link attached to reply. Amount will be the Euro price of your shopping basket. If only the order titles were sent, the invoice amount will be in the original NZ dollars.
Ordering from anywhere else
- Please let us know your country via Contact us. It will be added to the list of shipping country.
- We will let you know that your country is added. Now you can order normally with shopping basket.
We had a couple of reports of shopping basket not working for countries already in the list. In that case, please email your order like "ordering from Germany". If unsure of what to do, please contact us, thank you!
